Academic & Career Planning (ACP)

Academic and Career Planning (ACP) is a student-driven, adult-supported process where learners build informed visions for post-secondary success through self-exploration, career exploration, and career-management skills.

About ACP at Holmen High School

Xello is the electronic portfolio service Wisconsin selected to house each student’s ACP. Throughout high school, students continue the work begun in middle school—learning about their skills and interests, exploring careers and education options, and planning pathways to reach their goals. Families can revisit this portfolio to support course registration, paths of study, and post-secondary planning.
